What is it and who is it aimed at?
...is the cure for any fear whose cause cannot be determined. Aspen's fear may simply be a sense of foreboding, an unexplained anxiety that something unpleasant or frightening is about to happen. On the other hand, it may be a real terror, with physical symptoms such as the hair standing on end.
Sometimes people associate Aspen with night terrors, associated with dreams and terrors. Aspen would certainly be the right remedy for those who lie awake in the dark afraid of something unspecified. But in fact, Dr. Bach said that fear of the dark is a Mimulus fear, since the cause (the dark) can be identified. Aspen's unspecified fears are likely to occur in both sunlight and on a dark night.
Dr. Bach's Description
Vague unknown fears, for which no explanation can be given. However, the patient may fear that something bad will happen without knowing exactly what it is. Vague and unexplained fears may haunt them at night or during the day. Sufferers are often afraid to tell others about their problems.
How do we drink it?
Add (2) drops to a beverage of your choice and drink regularly or (2) drops directly onto the tongue. For a combination of multiple remedies, add 2 drops of each essence © (max 7 remedies) to a mixing bottle with a little water and take 4 drops (4) times daily.
