The plant Hydrangea arborescens is a perennial shrub of the Hydrangeaceae family. It is deciduous, with impressive white or pink flowers in spherical inflorescences, which vary in color depending on the soil acidity. It grows in temperate regions and prefers moist, well-drained soils. It is found mainly in moist areas of North America.
Chemical Composition
Contains flavonoids, coumarins, hydroquinones, saponins and light volatile oils. The main active compounds are hydroquinone and its derivatives.

As an adjunct in prostatic hypertrophy with accompanying urinary discomfort.
Directions for Use
20–30 drops diluted in water or herbal infusion, 1–2 times a day, after a meal.

It should be avoided in cases of renal insufficiency.
