Ο μάραθος (Foeniculum vulgare) είναι ένα πολυετές αρωματικό φυτό της οικογένειας Apiaceae. Αναπτύσσεται έως 2 μέτρα ύψος και διαθέτει λεπτά, φτερωτά φύλλα και κίτρινα άνθη σε σύνθετες ταξιανθίες. Φύεται σε μεσογειακές περιοχές, αλλά καλλιεργείται ευρέως σε όλο τον κόσμο.

Directions for Use
10-20 drops of tincture diluted in water or herbal tea, 1-2 times daily, preferably before meals.
