What is it and who is it aimed at?
…it is for people who feel excessive fear for the well-being of others: the child who is afraid something might happen to their elderly parents; the mother who worries about what might happen to her child at school.
The fears of Red Chestnut are the normal worries everyone has, but magnified to such an extent that they have a negative effect on the people who are the object of concern, undermining their self-confidence and trust.
When we are in this state, the remedy helps us send calm thoughts to our loved ones, so that instead of making everyone anxious we become rocks on which others can lean.
Dr Bach's Description
For those who find it hard not to worry about other people. They have often stopped worrying about themselves, but continue to feel anxious for others, expecting that something unpleasant might happen to them.
How do we drink it?
Add (2) drops to a beverage of your choice and drink regularly or (2) drops directly onto the tongue. For a combination of multiple remedies, add 2 drops of each essence © (max 7 remedies) to a mixing bottle with a little water and take 4 drops (4) times daily.
