Instructions Usage
For Lymphedema, Phlebitis & Varicose Veins: 2-3 times a day, Apply to the entire area gently until absorbed. Leave the area open to absorb the cream for at least 15 minutes. Ideally, clean with natural soap before each application. Avoid prolonged standing.
For Hives & Intense Itching: 3-4 times a day, Apply to the entire area gently until absorbed. Leave the area open to allow the cream to absorb. for at least 15 minutes. Ideally, cleanse with natural soap before each application.
For tired legs: After returning home and rinsing your feet, massage the cream into your feet and let it absorb. Avoid prolonged standing during the day.
