Dosage
- Internal use: 10–20 drops in a little water or herbal tea, 1–2 times a day, according to needs.
Precautions and Side Effects
- Contraindicated in people with constipation or a very dry intestine, due to its astringent action which may worsen the condition.
- Its use should be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
