Cydonia oblonga, known as quince or quince tree, is a fruit that comes from the quince tree. It is popular in the Mediterranean and is used for its nutritional and medicinal properties. The Mother Tincture Cydonia oblonga (Quince) is derived from the quince plant, known for its aromatic fruits, the quinces. Although mainly consumed as fruit or in sweets, the leaves and seeds of the plant are traditionally used in phytotherapy for their therapeutic properties.
Chemical Composition: Quince contains various bioactive compounds, such as:

How to Use:
20–30 drops in water or herbal infusion, 1–2 times a day.
Precautions:
- Use should be avoided in individuals with known allergies to quince components.
- Should be avoided during pregnancy & breastfeeding.
- Caution in use in individuals with digestive disorders or gastric ulcers.
Side effects:
- In general, Cydonia oblonga is considered safe, but in rare cases it may cause allergic reactions or digestive disturbances (nausea, diarrhea) when used excessively.
