Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) is a perennial aromatic plant of the Apiaceae family. It grows up to 2 meters tall and has fine, feathery leaves and yellow flowers in compound umbels. It grows in Mediterranean regions but is widely cultivated around the world.

- Avoid use during pregnancy unless recommended by a doctor.
