How do we drink it?
Drop (2) drops into a beverage of your choice and drink regularly, or (2) drops directly onto the tongue. For a combination of multiple essences, add 2 drops of each essence © (max 7 remedies) into a mixing bottle with a little water and take 4 drops (4) times a day.
