ANGELICA CHARACTERISTICS                                                                                                              

Angelica archangelica is a plant of the large Pittosporaceae family,
which includes about 90 different species. It originates from
East Asian countries but is also found in Europe and America.
Angelica is a very hardy evergreen shrub because it can
withstand extreme temperatures down to -20 degrees Celsius, harsh
growing conditions such as barren soil, coastal areas, and strong
winds.
It has lush foliage with glossy, leathery leaves. The plant flowers in May with small white
fragrant flowers whose scent resembles orange, attracting bees, butterflies, and other beneficial
insects. It is a perennial plant and if left unpruned can reach up to 5 meters
in height. When mature, it spreads out forming an umbrella shape
and creates an ideal ecosystem under which animals, birds,
insects, and reptiles find shelter.

HISTORY                                                                                                                                                          

The tree has been cultivated for its medicinal value since at least the 10th century.
Legend has it that a monk dreamed of an angel who revealed
that the plant had medicinal properties and could be used as
a treatment for the plague. This legend is the origin of the plant’s name
“Angelica,” as it became known following the angel’s guidance.
In many parts of the world even today, angelica water is sprinkled for
cleansing from negative energies. It is also said that the plant
was traditionally used during childbirth to help expel the placenta.

ΚΙΝΕΖΙΚΗ ΙΑΤΡΙΚΗ                                                                                                                                    

Η αγγελική γνωστή με το όνομα Dang Gui xρησιμοποιείται στην Παραδοσιακή
Κινέζικη Ιατρική για την υποστήριξη του αναπαραγωγικού συστήματος και των δυο
φύλλων, κυρίως κατά την εκδήλωση των συμπτωμάτων της εμμηνόπαυσης και της
πρόωρης εκσπερμάτισης. Καθαρίζει το αίμα, ενυδατώνει τα έντερα, μειώνει την
αρτηριακή πίεση και το σάκχαρο του αίματος.
Η αγγελική ενεργοποιεί τους μεσημβρινούς καρδιά, συκώτι, σπλήνα, νεφρά.

INGREDIENTS

Αλκοόλ (σε μεταβλητές αναλογίες 50% - 90%), αέρια μέρη και ρίζα του φυτού Αngelica archangelica. Πόσιμο, φυσικό εκχύλισμα από μητρικό βάμμα (D1).

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF ANGELICA

Κουμαρίνες, ουμπελιφερόνη, βεργαπτίνη, ξανθοτοξόλη, ρητίνη, αγγελικό οξύ,
βαλερικό οξύ, σάκχαρα, πτητικά έλαια, πινίνη, καρυοφυλλίνη, καροτένιο, νικοτινικό
οξύ και άλλες ενώσεις.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

- 30 drops diluted in 1/2 glass of water.
- 1-2 times a day for a specific period or as directed
by a doctor or pharmacist.
- 20 minutes before meals.

PRECAUTIONS

- Consumption of the tincture should be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- If you are taking medication, consult your doctor
