What is it and who is it aimed at?

Mimulus fears are those of the everyday: fear of public speaking, the dark, aggressive dogs, illness and pain. Phobias can also be Mimulus fears if the cause of the fear can be named – be it spiders, birds or open spaces. Rock Rose may be preferred where the phobia causes real terror. When the fear is vague and there is general anxiety and restlessness without a specific cause, Aspen may be the best choice.
Mimulus is used as a type or personality treatment for those of us who tend to be generally nervous, timid, and shy. We may blush easily or stutter, and we tend to avoid social situations and any events that will bring us into the spotlight.
Mimulus highlights the quiet courage and strength hidden within all of us, so that we can face the daily trials of life without fear.
Dr. Bach's Description
Fear of worldly things such as: illness, pain, accidents, poverty, darkness, loneliness and misfortune. The fears of everyday life. These people endure their terror quietly and secretly, they do not speak freely about it to others.
How do we drink it?
Add (2) drops to a beverage of your choice and drink regularly or (2) drops directly onto the tongue. For a combination of multiple remedies, add 2 drops of each essence © (max 7 remedies) to a mixing bottle with a little water and take 4 drops (4) times daily.
