RADIS NOIR CHARACTERISTICS – BLACK RADISH
Radis noir (Raphanus sativus L. var. niger), belongs to the category of
Brassica napus and is a variety of radish that thrives mainly in Europe
and Asia. This particular variety differs in color, as it is black
outside and white inside. It has a much larger, elongated fruit than the
common red radish. Its length can reach up to 80 cm.
Black radish is planted in autumn or early spring and can be
easily grown even in a pot. It is rich in nutrients such as iron, copper,
zinc, etc.

HISTORY
Radish is one of the oldest bulbs to appear on earth. The
easy use and consumption of the plant helped in the development of the crop
