What is it and who is it aimed at?
…is known as the cleansing remedy and as such is the added “sixth ingredient” in the cream version of Dr. Bach’s original Resque remedy formula.
Its main use is to help people who dislike some aspect of their appearance or personality or feel they have something impure or poisonous about them.
Sometimes in a Crab Apple situation, we ignore the essential problem and obsessively focus on minor details.
With Crab Apple we can overcome obsessions such as repeated hand washing, constantly checking that devices are unplugged, and so on.
Dr. Bach's description
This is the cleansing remedy for those who feel as if they have something not very clean about themselves. Often it is something seemingly minor but there may be a more serious illness that is almost ignored in comparison to the one thing they are focusing on. In both types, they are anxious to get rid of the one particular thing that is bigger in their mind and that seems so necessary to them that it must be healed. They become desperate if the cure fails. Being a purgative, this remedy cleanses wounds if the patient has reason to believe that some poison has entered which must be removed.
How do we drink it?
Add (2) drops to a beverage of your choice and drink regularly or (2) drops directly onto the tongue. For a combination of multiple remedies, add 2 drops of each essence © (max 7 remedies) to a mixing bottle with a little water and take 4 drops (4) times daily.
