Το βάμμα Ruscus aculeatus, γνωστό και ως ρούσκος ή λαγομηλιά, παρασκευάζεται από το φυτό Ruscus aculeatus και χρησιμοποιείται στη φυτοθεραπεία ιδιαίτερα για τη φλεβική και λεμφική κυκλοφορία. Το μητρικό βάμμα παρασκευάζεται από το ρίζωμα του φυτού. Το φυτό ανήκει στην οικογένεια Asparagaceae και είναι διαδεδομένο στη Μεσόγειο και την Ευρώπη.
