Spring with Ayurveda - New beginning!

Spring and autumn are important times of the year for detoxifying the body according to the ancient system of Ayurveda.

Spring detoxification is particularly important, because it acts as an antidote to the excesses that may have occurred during the winter, due to the body's tendency to accumulate more food, usually rich in fat, in order to respond to the low temperatures.
To maintain health and balance over time, Ayurveda suggests a daily detoxification protocol, as it recommends that we incorporate habits that will give us better health, more energy, a happy mood and prepare the body for the warmer months ahead.
