How do we drink flowering

You can get the Flower remedies In many ways, the instructions here are designed to be easy to remember.

Attention: Taking larger doses at once does not have a stronger effect. However If you are going through a crisis, you can take more frequent doses to get through it.

The dilution method

Put 2 drops of one (or more) remedies in a glass of water of some drink of your choice. Take sips regularly throughout the day or as often as needed until relief is achieved. If you are using the emergency formula (Rescue Remedy), add 4 drops in the glass instead of two.

Drink from the glass regularly throughout the day, at least four times a day – and keep it in a thermos, in the fridge or make a fresh blend every day.

Personal mixes

For more chronic problems we recommend creating a personal blend of treatments in a dropper bottle. It works cheaper and will make your precious remedies work better more. Simply:

Take an empty one. 30 ml bottle with dropper
Add to bottle 2 drops of each selected medicine (and/or 4 drops from the Rescue Remedy)
Fill the bottle with mineral water (i.e. non-carbonated) or another beverage of your choice (ideally sugar-free)
From this bottle take 4 drops, at least (4) times a day

Personal blends will last two or three weeks if you keep them cool - in the fridge, for example. If that's not possible - perhaps you live somewhere warm or - add a teaspoon of brandy to the bottle before filling it with water. This will help keep the water from running out. If you don't want to use brandy, use instead apple cider vinegar or glycerin. You can also take the mixture with you in a good thermos.

Directly on the tongue or Sublingually

You can also take the drugs raw and concentrated, without diluting them. This is the most authentic This is a way to get treatments and experience the effect they have on you. This method is also the most ideal for crisis situations.

Again 2 drops, directly on the tongue, while if you take Rescue Remedy, the dose is 4 drops, directly on the tongue.
