BACH Flower Guide
This is a quick reference guide to each of the 38 remedies discovered by Dr. Bach. Each remedy addresses a specific characteristic or emotional state.

Beech: Intolerance, negativity, lack of understanding & intense criticism of everything
Centaury: The inability to say "no" and set limits
Cerato: Lack of trust in our decisions and self-doubts.
Cherry Plum: Fear of losing control and harming ourselves or others - hysterical behavior
Chestnut Bud: Failure to learn and learn from our mistakes
Chicory: Selfish, possessive love, overprotection, possessiveness
Clematis: Dreams of the future while losing sight of the present, attention deficit. fantasies
Crab Apple: For obsession with cleanliness and self-loathing, microbiophobia
Elm: He is overwhelmed with responsibility.Great sense and weight of responsibility, better stress management
Gentian: For depressed psychology after some difficulty, discouragement
Gorse: Feeling of psychological despair, lost hope and faith
Heather: For egocentrism and self-centeredness, narcissism
Holly: For feelings of suspicion, anger, envy and jealousy
Honeysuckle: Living in the past and losing the present, Constant reminiscence of old times with negative signs for today
Hornbeam: For procrastination, reduced motivation & mental exhaustion

Larch: Lack of self-confidence and belief in ourselves

Scleranthus: Indecisiveness and inability to choose between alternatives
Star of Bethlehem: Shock, trauma, loss leading to unhappiness
Sweet Chestnut: for deep despair and hopelessness when everything has been tried to no avail, without hope
Vervain: excessive enthusiasm, utopian ideas
Vine: Authoritarianism, rigidity and very strong-willed characters
Walnut: for transitional stages of life, restoring stability and unwanted influences
Water Violet: for self-reliant, lonely people who are driven to isolation, loneliness, help contact with humanity and society
White Chestnut: For unwanted thoughts and internal struggle
Wild Oat: Uncertainty of direction in life and crossroads of thoughts
