Wonderful Aswagandha Smoothie
For 3 cups we will need:
- 2 ½ cups unsweetened rice or almond milk
- 1 ½ banana
- 2-3 saffron stamens
- 1/2 tsp. Ashwagandha powder
- 1.4 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar
- A little cardamom powder
- Cinnamon powder
Implementation :
In a saucepan, heat the plant-based milk, the egg yolks, the vanilla and the cardamom. Just before the milk reaches the boiling point, remove it from the heat. Then, add the banana, maple syrup, the aswagandha powder, the hot milk to the blender and blend well until all the ingredients become a thin paste. When serving, add the cinnamon powder for additional aroma and flavor.
