VIBURNUM LANTANA CHARACTERISTICS
Viburnum lantana is native to central, southern and western Europe, northwestern Africa and southwestern Asia. It belongs to the family Adoxaceae which includes about 150 different species.
It is a deciduous shrub up to 5 meters tall. The shrub is usually planted as an ornamental plant in gardens for its white fragrant flowers, dense, toothed leaves and black fruits. It grows well in dry to moderately moist climates. It needs well-drained alkaline soils with sunny conditions. It bears dense fluffy foliage which attracts birds and butterflies and other beneficial insects.
The Viburnum Lantana shrub, like the other shrubs of the same Adoxaceae family, occupy a large and round surface on which they grow, as they are characterized by many small trunks compared to the single trunk that most plants have.
HISTORY
It is also called the Wayfaring tree, because it usually grows at the edges of paths. This name was given by the botanist Gerard who in 1597 noticed it on the routes between Wiltshire and London. It is said that if someone sees the Wayfaring tree in these areas, it means that they are near a path.
In the areas where the plant grew, people who still maintained contact with nature, noticed that the characteristic of the plant was to emerge from the earth with many small trunks in all directions. As well as the flowers forming ascending inflorescences. By consuming a drink from the dried flowers, they found that it benefited their blood circulation, respiratory system and in the following period they felt a sense of well-being. So they rightly characterized the plant as “The lungs of the earth”.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- 30 drops diluted in 1/2 glass of water.
- 1-2 times a day for a specific period of time or as directed by the doctor and pharmacist.
