Instructions Usage
For Bumps -Bruises- Bruises- Sprains: 3-4 times a day, apply to the entire area of the injury gently & lightly massage for 3-4 minutesLeave the area open and the cream to absorb for at least 15 minutes. Clean with natural soap before every application.
(For example, if there is an ankle injury, apply to the entire area around and (e.g. under the heel, massage lightly for 3-4 minutes). Clean with natural soap before each application.
Pain- Inflammation- Arthritic: In the same way, spread over the entire area and massage lightly 3-4 times a day. Clean with natural soap before each application.
