OLIVE CHARACTERISTICS
The olive tree is an evergreen tree, native to the Mediterranean and belonging to the Oleaceae family. It thrives in sunny areas and is resistant to frost, high temperatures, droughts and can grow even in the most barren soils. Due to its resilience, it is cultivated in many parts of the world.
The height of the tree can range from 3 to 12 meters or more. It has small and lanceolate leaves with unique shades of green and gray. Olive trees live for hundreds of years and the oldest tree has been dated to be 2,000 years old. The olive tree thrives throughout our country and is cultivated extensively for its valuable fruit and oil.
HISTORY
Olive cultivation is thought to have begun 7,000 years ago in the Mediterranean region, in Syria and Palestine. Olives were used for their oil, which was a caustic in lamps and kept houses and other spaces lit.
In Greece, olive production began in Minoan Crete in 3,000 BC and is said to have been the main source of wealth for the Minoan civilization. Olives and olive oil were an important part of the diet of the ancient Greeks. As the tree is a centuries-old tree, many generations have been fed by its fruits throughout history. In addition to its edible use, the ancient Greeks used to apply oil to the skin to combat dry skin. To this day, the olive branch is a universal symbol of victory and peace.

THEleuropin, hydroxytyrosol, polyphenols, flavonoids such as luteolin, catechins, apigenin, rutin, caffeic acid, glycosides, diosmetin, vanillin, triterpenoids.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- 30 drops diluted in 1/2 glass of water.
- 1-2 times a day for a specific period of time or as directed by your doctor.
