Conscious breathing, especially long, deep and relaxed breathing, is the simplest way to increase one's energy or prana, and to feel more peaceful and focused. Breathe deep is a traditional Ayurvedic blend with eucalyptus, inula, basil, ginger, licorice, and other helpful herbs. A teaspoon of honey can be added to this drink as a sweetener, which supports the expectorant function of the body.
